You can return your new mattress for a full refund within 30 days of your delivery.

If after a few weeks you feel the mattress isn’t quite right for you, don’t worry. Email us at info@thenonamemattresscompany.com within 100 days of delivery and I'll swap it for something more suitable. All we ask is that you keep it clean and sleep on it for at least 10 days to really let your body adjust.

Please be aware due to the nature of the materials and fillings, there is a 1.5" tolerance on the mattresses depending on their composition:

• Small Double - 4’0’’ x 6’3’’ (120cm x 190cm)
• Double - 4’6’’ x 6’3’’ (135cm x 190cm)
• King - 5’0’’ x 6’6’’ (150cm x 200cm)
