Shipping policy

Delivery typically takes between 5 and 15 working days. While we aim to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control.

Standard delivery is free of charge and includes a one-person delivery to your front door.

It is your responsibility to ensure access is suitable for delivery, including gates, stairways or lifts.

Please inspect your mattress upon delivery and report any damage immediately to the delivery team and to us within a reasonable timeframe.

Delivery to Northern Ireland incurs a £99 surcharge. Once delivered, we do not offer upgrades, exchanges, sleep trials or returns to Northern Ireland unless the product is faulty.
